At Inner Strength Wellness, I offer counselling services for adults and youth 13+. Therapy sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and I specialize in a range of areas including anxiety, depression, parenting, trauma, life transitions and relationship issues. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients develop the tools and skills they need to achieve their goals.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of talk therapy that helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviours. At Inner Strength Wellness, I use CBT to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I am trained in evidence-based CBT techniques and work collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans.
